Korean Salad Dressing

The simplest salad recipe that tastes so good.


Total Prep Time: 30 min.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch of romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 green onion, diced

  • 1 carrot, thinly grated

  • 1/4 onion, thin slices

  • sesame seeds topping


Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp fish sauce

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp red pepper flakes (gochugaru)

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil


  1. Chop all ingredients and toss into a salad bowl.

  2. In a small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients.

  3. Toss salad dressing into salad bowl.


Recipe Notes:

  • This is the staple salad dressing served as a side at Korean BBQ restaurants.

  • Chopping and prepping the vegetables is the key to the perfect texture and simple eating.

  • Served best with any type of Korean BBQ and meat.
