Favorite Guacamole

COOKING LEVEL: noob beginner standard
All you need to do is chop and mix. No cooking required.
Total Cooking Time: 30 min.
INGREDIENTS
3 ripe avocados, mashed
1 lime, juiced
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 white onion, diced
optional: 1 serrano pepper, diced
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
In a medium sized bowl, mash the avocados to your desired chunkiness.
Add the diced tomatoes + onion + serrano pepper + cilantro to the avocado mix.
Squeeze the lime juice + salt into the guacamole.
Taste to see if you need to add more salt.
Serve with chips or on your tacos.
Recipe Notes:
Depending on your spice tolerance you can choose to omit or include the diced serrano pepper.
Saving for later? Simply put plastic wrap over the top and gently press down the wrap so that it touches the top of the guac. Leaving no space for air between the wrap and guac will slow the color changing process.
